About the Resource Center

SBRC is a specialized service that provides and facilitates access to programs available to individuals with spina bifida, their families, and other service providers. SBRC Assists individuals with spina bifida to link with other service providers, and achieve their independent living goals. The Spina Bifida Specialist, working collaboratively with the consumer, develops a goal plan, and assists the consumer to take the steps necessary to achieve that goal. The SBRC is a community resource that can provide information and training to individuals, families, friends, and providers who want to learn more about spina bifida and the programs and services available to individuals with this disability. |
