  • Peer Linkage Support Group

  • The purpose of this support group is to empower individuals with disabilities as well as the people who care for and about them. Having a disability can be isolating for both individuals and family members. Peer Linkage is a great opportunity to meet other people who have the same needs, interests or life situations that you may have. All individuals with a disability, who live within Monroe County with a family member and are waiver eligible, are able to join this group. Other individuals may participate in groups and events as space allows.
