RCIL

The mission of the Regional Center for Independent Living is to empower people with disabilities to self-advocate, to live independently, and to enhance the quality of community life. We seek to overcome the barriers faced by people with disabilities who choose to live independently.

As an Independent Living Center (ILC), RCIL operates under a peer model: People with disabilities work here, serve on our board of directors, and offer services to people with disabilities.
