Client Assistance Program (CAP)

The Client Assistance Program (CAP) is a statewide network of skilled advocates that assist New Yorkers with disabilities and Native Americans in obtaining the training, equipment and services needed for employment from Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID), the Commission for Blind and Visually Handicapped (CBVH) or Centers for Independent Living (CILS).

RCIL provides CAP in a 10-county catchment area that includes Monroe, Chemung, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca, Schuyler, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne and Yates counties.
