RCIL

The Employment Program at RCIL offers a soft-skills work readiness training to help people with disabilities increase their employability. This program helps them gain an understanding of positive workplace behavior, attitudes, and time management techniques, and the importance of organization and communication skills. People with disabilities must be referred by VESID, Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities.
